Content Description Bound manuscript detailing the life and memorial of Lancaster Brown, a part-time employee of the Chi Phi Fraternity at Hampden-Sydney College. The manuscript was assembled by Hampden-Sydney's Chi Phi Alumni of the 1960s, who have also funded a scholarship in Mr. Brown's memory.

Abstract A letter addressed to William H. Whiting, Jr. The letter is typed, dated February 14, 1936, from William H. Booth. The letter discusses a Bible that was donated to the school.
